A PCI interface chipset manufactured by philips like the SAA7146 but with real digital Stream Interface, used on some Taiwanese cards, e.g. the AVerMedia AVerTV DVB-T 777 (A16AR), Flyvision DVB-T, or the KWorld ATSC 110.
