Linux support
This patch against s2-liplianin v4l branch adds basic support for the card.
It uses the S660 firmware.
DVB-S seems to be working, DVB-S2 is problematic.
The patch is based on the s2-liplianin v4l branch (rev 054f002f4d23): [1]
