Twinhan VP-1030C

I just received a Twinhan VP-1030C DVB-S Budget PCI card.
Not very successful making it work right now.
The tuner seems to be way less sensitive than the one of the Hauppauge Nexus-S 2.1

I tried to upload pictures I took but it failed with the following error:
