USBVision devices

Introduction
Most of the USB 1.1 tv tuners have the NT1003 or NT1004 chipset.
They need the usbvision driver; from the 4 May 2005 CVS version, you should get 30fps and mint video output (see announcement).

The only problem that is still hanging around is the ability for some people to tune in channels.
