DVB - HOWTO for Simens DVB-S

Hello together
 
I'm a proud owner of a Simens DVB-S card, but I don't know exactly what I
have to do to install the driver.
 
I would like to watch TV and playback DVD's and all the other stuff wich
is possible with this card.
 
Can anybody tell me step by step what I have to do.
- Wich Kernel do I need?
- Wich kernel patches do I need?
- Wich drivers do I need?
- Wich software do I need to watch TV and to playback DVD's?
- Where can I get all this stuff.
 
I plan to make a HOWTO website for the DVB-S but for this I need some
information.
