hm. shoot your neigbours or something *duck* seems like someone very
near to your cables has something on the DECT-frequency ..

I had the same problem lately, I was able to fix it just today by
exchanging a badly shielded cable with 'schnellsteckern' (fast
connectors) against a better shielded one with screw connectors - seems
like (far) better shielding on the complete route from LNB to receiver
totally fixes the problem.
