Changes in this release:

- Now use another delimiter for JOINed timers. ("~" instaed of "|", which
  will be converted to a Linefeed by VDR. If this isn't good, tell me a
  better delimiter)
- Bug fixed where the "done"-List wouldn't work for VOX.
- Some debug-code added.
- Now "maginstart" and "marginstop" are Variables. (A config-File will be
  added in the near future.)
