[linux-dvb] raw2pcm

I used gcc to compile the raw2pcm.c file and then used the command

mpg123 -r 48000 --cdr - oms.mp3 | raw2pcm >/dev/video

but nothing happens. I don't get any output. Is it really only for 48 kHz?
All my MP3s are in 44 kHz. So what can I do to play all my MP3s over the
DVB?? I also tried

mpg123 -r 45000 --cdr - oms.mp3 | raw2pcm >/dev/video

but it's the same problem. No error message but no output too.
Some ideas?
