[linux-dvb] OK, I will write a small jpp / ppm still picture display utility

I will rewrite mpeg_encode some more.
Already did it for mcam, see

So it will become somthing like
dvb-still picture.jpg

Which will display picture.jpg.....
Will let you know when it works.
For the moment picture... will have to be 352x288

Hopefully tonight I have it ready :-)
