[linux-dvb] problem with driver 0.8.2 and dvbd

Hi
I have problem with driver 0.8.2 . Compilation is OK, make insmod too. But when I want start dvdb dameon, write this:

Fsync = 0, Freq = 2033250000, Sync = 31 Afc = 4294795421 Agc = 383 Nest = 37888 Vber = 1048575

Sync is failed, becouse right value is 127.
When I use driver 0.8.1, all work great. What is bad ?

PS: Is newer version mrouted than version 3.8.1 which work with dvb ?
