[linux-dvb] KFir file checksums

I was able to get my KFir board limping along
awhile.  I was hoping that there might have
been some development since then, but I wanted
to try getting it to work again anyway.

Unfortunately, I can't even get the module to
load now.

It's been long enough that I had to start from
an early set of files and I think that some of
them could be incorrect.

So...I'm going to provide what I would have
liked to have found - a list of MD5 sums for
key files.
