[linux-dvb] Re: Antwort: VDR and AC3 out via SB live

Mh...
Now i tried to cat the ac3 sound out of vdr into a file - but the file
remains empty :-(

Any idea what i could have done wrong ?

I took the following entry in channels.conf for pro7:
"Pro-7:12480:v:0:27500:255:256;257:32:0:898"

Then i changed the call of vdr in the runvdr script to "-a catac3"
And i created a script called "catac3" which i put in the /usr/bin dir with
the following content:

#!/bin/sh
cat > /video0/test.ac3

Whats wrong with this ? the File /video0/test.ac3 is created when switching
to pro7 - but alway remains 0 byte :-(
Do i have to turn anything else ON ?

But anyway in 2 hours pro7 is going to cast a movie in DD - then i'll see if
the beavior differs...

Martin.
