[linux-dvb] internet, but maybe tv

hello,
i would like to buy internet from europeonline, they now have
interesting price for one year subscription and dvb card.
they sell technisat skystar 2 card - i think it has no mpeg2
decoder - right? so what software could i use for realtime
tv stream decoding?
