Maybe they deliver lots of information.. but they do it in the wrong way.

It's Pro7s fault. They just send their data with the wrong date. 
Everything between 0 and (not sure) 6h is 24h early, so that you can't 
use the EPG for programming something in the night. And it is for sure 
not VDRs fault, because this shows on other receivers as well.
Also, they don't use the data-fields correctly and repeat information, 
which makes the program-info/EPG look a bit silly (or do you think the 
"Buffy|Buffy ..." is very intelligent?).
So in MY opionion Pro7/Kabel1 broadcasts one of the worst EPG in german.
And AFAIR mails to Pro7 won't help...
