[linux-dvb] vdr 0.92 patches: multispeed & show replaymode

I have updated these two patches.

Multispeed:
- Adapted to 0.92
- Small fix for trickmodes in DVD replay

Show replaymode:
- Adapted to 0.92

You should start with a clean 0.92, apply multispeed first, then
showmode. You may get some warnings about changed linenumbers,
which can savely be ignored. You cannot use showmode without
multispeed for now.

For anyone new to this patches, some text from the initial
announce:

Multispeed:
-----------
I made another patch, which gives you 3 speeds for fast/slow
forward/rewind. To control this, function of the left/right key
has changed a bit:

During playback : left -> enter fast forward
                  right -> enter fast rewind
During pause :    left -> enter slow forward
                  right -> enter slow rewind
During forward :  left -> increase speed
                  right -> decrease speed
During rewind :   right -> increase speed
                  left -> decrease speed

Down is pause in all modes, Up returns to normal play in all
modes.

There are 3 speeds for fast forward/rewind, roughly 2x, 4x and
12x. There are 3 speeds for slow motion, too (8,4,2 times
slower). Speeds are not exact as they depend on the GOP size.

Slow rewind is a bit jerky sometimes, as there is no driver
support for such a mode.

You can enable/disable multispeed mode in the configuration menu.
It's disabled by default.

Showmode:
---------

here comes another enhancement patch for vdr. During replay
(recorded & DVD) you get a small display at the bottom of the
screen which shows the current replay mode, eg. play, pause,
trickmodes. While in play mode, the display disapears after 3
seconds. Note the little bars below the forward/rewind signs,
they show the trickmode speed.

Unfortunaly you cannot apply this patch to the original vdr.
You must have applied my multispeed patch, too.
