"Down", pressed a second time means too "leave pause".
So there are too keys to leave the "pause" state...

What do you think if "down" pressed while "pause"-state 
just jumps to the next Full-Frame? 
This should always work forward only to give the exact position.


The other way might be:

Pause is only left with the second press of "down".
The "up" key jumps to the next full frame.
But that seems to be very unusal and do not fit.
