[linux-dvb] can't record MPEG1! (was: Timer starts late...)

But here it does happen often!
Here's an extract of my log-file; a typicall recording: first driver
reload after "ERROR: video data stream broken" and then during the
recording "ERROR: can't record MPEG1!" -- every of this lines causes
errors in video and audio when replaying the recording.

As you can see in the logs I still use VDR 0.84 .
Is this a know (perhaps even solved?) problem?
