Why do you want to connect analog audio _and_ SPDIFF ?
If you have a Receiver with SPDIFF input its enough
if you use only the SPDIFF-out of the DVBs-card.
On the DVBs-card just connect the pin for SPDIFF-out
and the pin for ground to your case-connector, thats all.
