The sequence in which these files are replayed is very odd: 

  001, 002, 003, 002, 003, 001, 003, 002...

I can't imagine whiy VDR would replay the files in this sequence
Could it be that there is something wrong with the index.vdr files
of the recordings that can't be replayed?
Please try renaming these files and replay then. Without the index
file you can't do fast forward etc., but at least it should result
in a linear replay.
