I've tested this too this morning. The signal on both cables is ok.

BUT now I think I've found the problem. My two DVD-S cards (One Hauppauge
DVD-S Rev. 2.1 and one Technisat Skystar 1 Rev. 1.5) were installed on PCI
Slot 1 and 2 of my Mainboard. And the other PCI Slots were occupied by
VGA, SCSI and Ethernet. Now I've changed the positions of the cards and
it's working for me.
Maybe it was an IRQ-related problem.
