[linux-dvb] insmod process stays in process list

Hello,
after loading the driver with make insmod, the following process stays
listed:

9040 pts/1    S      0:00 insmod dvb.o init_chan=2 pids_off=0 readfirm=1

Is this the normal behavior? (insmod dvb.o without the parameters leaves no
insmod process)
