http://dvbackup.sourceforge.net allows you (thanks to Peter Schlaile) to
store arbitrary data on MiniDV tapes using your camcorder with a nominal data
rate of 2.6 MBytes/sec and up to 14GByte per 60min tape in LP mode.together
with my FEC-tool 13GByte - see http://www.s.netic.de/gfiala/dvbackup.html
That is only 9min for a Star Trek episode :-)
Much faster than cheap streamers and with a price of only 1,- DM per GByte of
Data as cheap as CDROM.
Someone here who likes to by my OnStream-Di30 streamer?
