[linux-dvb] Re: "cat >/dev/video" doesn't work anymore



Hello Frank,

regrettably, that feature got removed.
It is no longer supported by the driver.

If I remember correctly, there was a post from the driver
developers explaining why they did it and how you could
write a short program that recreates a similar effect.
You may want to search the list archives for that.

All I can recommend is to use vdr to replay recordings.
