For some reason your "primary interface" setting appears to have been broken.
Please check the line

   PrimaryDVB = X

in your 'setup.conf'. If X is not '1' or '2', then please delete that line
and try running VDR again.

You might also want to try the latest CVS driver version together with VDR version 0.96.
