Yes that is clear. But try to understand it: you need a right card to
view the channel, e.g. you have an digital reciever with an Cam-Modul
and a legal Card. Now you want to record some films, but for this you
must change allways the card and the CAM and the DVB Driver has
problems with some cams.

With this software it is maybe possible to view some programms where
the cam is not working with DVB-S under Linux.

For this use you cannot get any problems, because it is not illegal.
