[linux-dvb] Newbie help : No TV output

Why did you do that?!?!?!  (I mean the linking, not starting gVideo)

/dev/video0 is a Video4Linux device and not a DVB device. 
It should be set up by any (normal) Linux distribution as device node
with major 81 and minor 0.
