Someting to say:
   First I think the CAM do the descrambling task according the ETSI document.So if we can hack the PC card driver so that it support the signal procedure of the definition from the standard,it is possible to construct a platform just like the Nova-CI card.For mpeg2 replay ,there is netstream 2000 from realmagic(it has a linux driver for this card,and can work :).
So the problem is how to hack the PC card driver.But I cannot link the the url you mentioned below.

I don't think the bus is fast enough to do it in realtime. The pins
are also used differently, but you might be able to hack something for
that. Data sheets can be found at
