As well as frequencies, you need the detailed DVB-T tuning parameters (Code 
Rate, Guard Interval etc) in use in Sweden.

I would recommend trying to contact the engineering department of the company 
responsible for DVB-T broadcasts in Sweden and asking them for this 
information.
