[linux-dvb] [linux-dvb]

Hi all,

This is my first mail on the linux-dvb mailing list, my name is Christophe.

I am on linux debian, my kernel is 2.2.19, my driver is 0.8.2, I use dvbd3
with the A. Boros' patch dvbd-3.3-opensky.patch.
I have this kind of output:
"Fsync = 0, Freq = 1553750000, Sync = 127 Afc = 4294029796 Agc = 319 Nest =
17920 Vber = 52"
This seems correct?
And I would like to receive all the traffic (Multicast and Unicast) from the
PID 3000. (there is some multicast and unicast traffic).
So the only filter I use in dvbd.conf is:
"filter_1 3000"
I should see all the traffic.
But I do "tcpdump -i dvb0" I have nothing! (No error in /var/log/syslog et
/var/log/messages)
Could someone give me some help?

In another configuration and for the same purpose: with kernel 2.4.18,
driver dvb 0.9.4, dvb network adaptor, and dvbtune, and choosing a multicast
MAC add for the card ( "ifconfig dvb0_0 hw ether 01:00:5E:01:01:01 ), I can
see all the multicast traffic.
But I can't find a tool to filter and to obtain all the traffic (Multicast +
Unicast)(equivalent to dvbd but which works with driver 0.9.4). Which tool
could I use?

Thanks

Christophe
