[linux-dvb] tuning problem (behind a quattro LNB)

Hi all of you,

I have a problem to tune my Linux box with Hauppauge WinTV DVB-s
behind a quattro LNB (does the problem come from this configuration ?).

When I want to tune for a frequency, I receive every time the message
"FAILURE EVENT".

Note that a digital receiver and a Windows box work very well
with the same parameters. I have already changed the cable.

Do you think that a special DiSeqC command can solve this problem ?

I have tried with some tuning programs like dvbtune but I always
receive the same message (failure event).

Thanks a lot in advance for your help and all of your ideas and
sorry for my poor English.
Regards.
