Card's patch by Roberto adds full TS feed to the unused port of 7146 
in DVB-S, a functionality Budget has and original DVB-S doesn't have. 

Interrupt stability issue is not related to the hardware patch of this 
kind (but can alter it's frequency of appearance, though, as also does
moving cards from one PCI slot to another). 

This interrupt issue exists on all 7146 based cards, no matter are the 
patched or not.
