[linux-dvb] error while comile driver.

Hello,

i tried to compile DVB driver with Mandrake 9.0.
Following Message appears:

dvb.c : 3507: unknown field "busy" specified in initializer
make [2] *** [dvb.o] fehler 1

conpilation interrupts.
Worked with mdk 8.2. 
What is wrong?
