ok, i tried it again.

current CVS "DVB" with current "dvb-kernel/../stv0299.c", as you said.

this time i changed the source of scan. i commented out the "memory
corruption" print statement and "return -1".

the result was a channels.conf !!!

my first success!!

but when i tried to szap, i get disappointed again -> no result...

donald:/home/markus/src/DVB/apps/szap# ./szap -r dsf
zapping to 'DSF':

apid = 0x0400

I did not get, if all your patches and new versions of stv0299 are
integrated in dvb-kernel or not.

Would be so kind and give me an overview?

Markus.
