Ok - it *was* the problem, i simply changed the EXPORT makro to without _GPL 
and i could load the driver. 

However - kvdr can not display Xv with it (just overlay works), just a green 
screen so i can not verify if the flashes are gone at least.

Also it is'nt any bit more stable than the development driver - without a 
dish connected it gives outcom errors after a few minutes of operation. This 
is'nt supposed to happen, as signal loss can happen during thunderstorms as 
well and should'nt disintegrate the system. Of course it can do driver 
reloads until the storm is over - but of what use is it beside flooding the 
syslog and keeping vdr from doing something useful like replaying a old 
recording or hearing some mp3?
