[linux-dvb] Re: Just checking instructions with dvb-kernel



Hmm, Seems to be resolved.  I think the issue was failure to install the
firmware in /etc/dvb.  To be honest I hadn't actually realised that the PCI
budget cards needed the firmware?  I only noticed the documentation while
fiddling with a 2.6 kernel and so I wouldn't have said the docs in the cvs
download made this abundently clear.  (In fairness I also failed to spot the
messages popping up in logs though, which should have been a bit of a clue,
durr...)
