Turns out that it was CVS wierdness. Doing an update (even specifying -r HEAD) 
wouldn't pick the new directories up, but a full checkout did.

Very odd. Anyway, it now compiles happily in the new tree!

Thanks to Manu for helping out on that.

The result is that scan happily picks out the channel information that dvbtune 
no longer can (for whatever reason), which is cool.
