	You have to create the /dev/dvbX/... entries...
There is a script in the "DVB" package at linuxtv.org

	As i said earlier /dev/videoX would not work..

	It looks like you have the DXR card and or the kernel/module support... 
That's all not the DVB card ...

	You do not have the DVR hardware ... Only the kernel/module support ...
