No, you need not, if you don't like.

modules.conf but i don't know how and what to write in them.
I have searched the web but there are no real answer.

Are there any who have done it with a Nexus-s ?

Please post Insmod.sh and modules.conf.

Please help me !
You could just use insmod.sh "as is" and that's fine. It's just that it loads too many modules for hardware you don't have. If you use insmod.sh you don't need to configure modules.conf (and vice versa).
