FYI there's a tool in the scripts folder of the dvb-kernel driver  that will allow you to re-create the dvb-ttpci-01 file:

cd /usr/src/dvb-kernel/scripts
gcc -o ttpci-firmware ttpci-firmware.c
./ttpci-firmware /usr/src/DVB/driver/av7110/Dpram /usr/src/DVB/driver/av7110/Root 01 
will create a 2.6 dvb-kernel firmware starting from a pre-dvb-kernel firmware
