The easiest way for me to fix the driver would be for you to send me the FREEX 
and MAGIC CAMs so I can have a good mess about with them - remote access to a 
machine is possible, but I really need to be able to plug + unplug them at 
will, and have a machine I'm not worried about crashing.

Did you ever get your Matrix Reloaded CAM working under linux? I know you said 
it functioned correctly under windows.

Can't really say - were there any errors in dmesg for this? I know some people 
reported success with the Aston CAM. I can't help with problems above the 
driver level as I don't have a sat feed in this location.

Yeah, it should appear just as normal - except parts will be decrypted.
