In the dvb drivers package there is a file which is something like MAKEDEV.sh. run that file but b4 that add a group in ur linux box by the name of video.i.e 
addgroup video
After that when u run "dvbnet -p pid" u will get an interface by the name of dvb0_0. using ifconfig to assian an ip to this address.
