Do you have a (hi-res) picture of the card, or can you possibly make one
and post it? I'd like to see what chips are on the card, and what the card
looks like. Failing that, could you at least note what the tuner tin box
and the major chips on the card are?

This is probably the "Transport Stream" function of the CX2388x.

And this is probably the IR function. Does the card have an infrared port?
