[linux-dvb] ves1x93.c fix from Klaus for rev 1.3 boards and linux24 branch?

Hi,

shouldn't Klaus' fix for tuning problems with rev 1.3 dvb boards also be
applied to linux_2_4(_branch)?

I am talking on:

I've just tried it with a PC that had many dropouts with such a board.
They are gone after applying the patch (it runs now even without the
suggested hardware fix by TechnoTrend).

To get it compile I replaced the msleep(10) call with dvb_delay(10) -
may be that messes up something?
