Only a comment, to show the variability of IC's and some markings on 
the PCBs of TT cards :-).

I have two DVB-S v1.3 with the following comon details:

Tuner:		BSRV2
LNBP_chip:	13SP
Component_side:	'Sat-DVB Rev.: 1.3'	'TTC99.04'
PCI_ID:		1131:7146
Sub_ID:		13c2:0000

One was sold as 'Hauppauge WinTV DVB-S' and in the solder side don't 
have any string.

The other is "no name" and on the solder side there are the strings:
'BTI ML-1 94V-0 1000' and 'SOLDER'. IMHO, this are marks of the PCB 
manufacturer and don't imply changes in the design :-).
