Why not? :-). The "budget patch" allow to get to the whole TS of a 
transponder on a FF card, exactly as happen on a budget card. So, the 
rest of the process will be the same for FF_patched or budget.

Any HTDV service (Video + Audio + ...) will be only a part of the 
services in the transponder. The packet demultiplexer, on the DVB 
drivers, also don't should have problems with it.

About the decoding of the "extended" MPEG2 and its rendering on the "output
device", which of course can NOT be done on the FF card, I don't 
have idea;
