More specifically it's a cx23883.

pcHDTV have a new card coming out that also uses a
cx23883.  The sources for their drivers are available
on their website.  I was looking at them last night to
see if there is any extra initialisation necessary for
the cx23883 compared to the cx23880/1/2.  I haven't
found anything yet :-(
