As I have already reported, one couldn't turn off the two cables
modules... and also the Spase sp8870 and LSI L64781 (T)
Putting VLSI VES1820 and Philips TDA10021 in the kernel don't
solve the problem either.
But, for example, I really need
WARNING: /lib/modules/2.6.10-rc1/kernel/drivers/media/dvb/ttpci/budget.ko needs unknown symbol ves1x93_attach
Because two of my cards are ves1x93 ones.

I have two Hauppauge rev 1.3 FF and one Hauppauge Nexus budget.
