As there haven't been any All-* patches nor any new video4linux snapshot
since kernel 2.6.10-rc2, is it correct to assume that linuxtv cvs is now
the main source for up to date drivers?

There has been so much refactoring, patching etc going on lately,
including added confusion with new code both available in linuxtv cvs
and from bytesex.org.
