If somebody is interested in it....it looks like this:
The TDA9819 exist

The IC has two inputs at pin 9 and 30

Both seems to be controlled by saa7146.
The board uses the 160 Pin variant of the 7146.

Saa7146         TDA9198

Pin                  Pin

141   -->      30
143   -->        9
150   --> 10kOhm -->  Pin 9

Means pin 143 and 150 are connected through a paralel 10k resistance.
