I use Suse 9.2, standard kernel, and want to use xawtv 3.94 with
overlay from my Technotrend DVB-s Rev. 1.3 fullfeatured card.
xawtv 3.x doesn't support dvb directly. The usual setup in that case
is to run vdr and let it do all the dvb handling, then use xawtv only
to display the stuff. xawtv 3.x can also forward key strokes to vdr,
sample config file for that is in /usr/share/doc/packages/xawtv (or
contrib directory of the source tarball).
